This package is ideal for humans getting started with an exercise program and changing up eating habits.
Movement
Two 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions per week, online training through Zoom.
Personalized strength and cardiovascular programming for 3 months
Menu
Menu building: working on 4-5 go-to meals that you know how to prepare that are nutrient dense.
Monthly nutrition sessions
Mindset
Learning to use a beginners mindset
Balance self-compassion, common humanity, and self-accountability
Equipment
All equipment for success supplied by me:
Self-care gear: This is personalized a bit, but most folks get a soft OPTP foam roller, OPTP mini-balls, and perhaps another tool, like a Corageous ball for releases around the chest and abdomen, or Yoga tune-up balls for deeper releases
5, 8, or 10 pound weights, 15 or 20 pound kettlebell
Mini-bands, resistance bands
Big ole exercise mat
Commitment / Frequency
3 month minimum commitment, 2 times a week
Investment
2 visits per week investment: $800/month 60 minutes, 30 minutes sessions are $400/month
(Comes out to $100/visit for an hour and $50 for half hour)
This package is for folks already doing a thing. Runners, hikers, golfers, kayakers, yogis, and the like who have an established routine.

Checking in with your mindset, recognizing skills you have built
Chose one skill to deepen, like working on thinking along a spectrum versus all-or-nothing thinking

Self-care gear: sometimes athletes already have equipment so we fill in the blanks
